A client in Dublin needed a replacement plastic component after a small but critical gazebo part broke during use. Working from reference photos of both the damaged and intact sections, our team carried out precise 3D Modelling & Design to recreate the missing piece with exact dimensions and functional accuracy.
The component was carefully reverse-designed in CAD to ensure a perfect mechanical fit and reliable performance under outdoor conditions. Once the model was finalised, it was manufactured using high-quality 3D Printing, selecting PETG material for its excellent strength, impact resistance, and long-term durability.
The final result restored full functionality to the gazebo quickly and cost-effectively, outperforming the original fragile part. This project highlights our practical engineering approach and custom 3D printing solutions, delivering durable replacements that extend the life of everyday products.
