This project involved designing and producing custom rocker feet for the Zwift Hub smart bicycle trainer, enhancing stability and ride comfort for indoor cycling enthusiasts. Developed in our Dublin studio, the solution was created using precise 3D Modelling & Design to ensure a perfect fit and reliable performance under dynamic movement conditions.
The final components were manufactured using durable 3D Printing, resulting in strong, impact-resistant parts capable of reducing slippage and absorbing vibrations during intense training sessions. Paired with a simple, eco-friendly setup using recycled tennis balls, the system delivers improved balance and a more realistic riding experience.
This project highlights our practical approach to functional design and custom 3D printing, creating smart, accessible solutions that enhance everyday equipment through innovation and engineering.
